The cost.

I did not get any rest, could not sleep because of the bed being so hard and only 2 pillows that were very flat.

The mattress was so hard, I could not sleep, the TV was very out of date, only 19" wide and the sound on it was very bad.

The cost was good and it was clean, comfortable and quiet.

We only had one bed when I asked for two. The TV was placed too low to view it properly while laying down in the bed. The water pressure was too high.

Besides the mix up with the of beds we needed we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel in a nice area staff f very friendly. Good location with food nearby. Close to freeway but got not here traffic.

If you need shampoo you need to pick up in hotel lobby.

Hotel was very nice for budget ravel. Food is nearby walking distance close to old town temecula about 1 mile could not here freeway traffic hotel was clean and quite.
I would stay here again.

Polite staff, clean rooms.

Could smell smoke through vents in non-smoking room.

Was well-suited for my needs: clean, comfortable and good location. Had noise problem with upstairs neighbor that wasn't resolved (my spouse lost sleep because of it), but otherwise was satisfied.

For us the location was nice, and I liked the beds.

The staff seemed a little clueless and not real helpful.

None of the staff was very helpful and the next morning when I was checking out they tried to charge me a pet fee. We didn't have any pets. Over all they seemed a little clueless, I found myself having to explain what was going on. ...read more

The room smelled.

For the price, it is not a bad. It is in walking distance of stores and restaurants. Both rooms we looked at smelled bad, but one smelled less bad than the other. The kitchenette would be nice for those that are staying for a period of time. If you are staying more than a night though is prepared you have to pay $10 a day for maid service if you want it.
